This is pretty much a standard mud mask. It has about the same viscosity as a lotion, isn’t perfectly smooth but can’t be described as gritty. It dries on my face in about ten minutes which is five minutes longer than they recommend leaving it on. I’m so used to leaving this type of mask on until it dries that I just ignore the directions, lol!After taking it off with a washcloth my skin feels cleaner than before I used it, but that’s not saying much. I’ll use the rest, but won’t order again.
I rated it as a 4 based out of what they asked me to rate it - They said moisturizing and I would not say it is moisturizing and I do have sensitive skin and it slightly burned around the nose area. Although I have had facials and it is the same type of burning, so I wouldn't be too alarmed if you feel a little burning sensation.It doesn't really have a scent which was nice. The other thing is that it is not moisturizing and they suggest to use it after doing a peel. I was ok with it not being moisturizing. I was using it for a cleanser type of mask which I think it does well. I feel like my face is a lot clearer from blemishes and I like how it feels after I use it. Sometimes I use it with a peel and other times I don't and then just used jojoba oil afterwards to fully moisturize.I would recommend it.
This mud mask goes on easily and stays put, and that's a nice thing in itself. You don't have to leave it on long, and after using it I can feel my face is smoother and feels moisturized. There really isn't a lot you can say about a mask except whether it works or not, and this one does. I like it a lot and will use it again.
Good / decent quality clay / mud mask. It absorbs oil very well. Tightens pores also very well. Best applied on damp clean face while your skin is fresh and warm out of the shower since the pores will still be open and ready to be cleaned out and tightened. Smells very spa-like, and does cause a good tingling sensation which some might find they are sensitive to it, it almost feels like your face is burning for a few seconds. This product is from Israel in case anyone wanted to know before purchasing.
I really like this mask :)The consistency makes it easy to apply and it drys quickly.Leaves my face feeling soft and super clean.After weekly use for a month, my skin is super clear, I look good!Worked so well, my husband started using it as well. He doesn't get breakouts but loves the "deep-clean" feeling.And we look adorable masking together. :)This is a winner.I recommend this.
