International Shipping Only
Our online store accepts orders exclusively from international destinations. If you are located in or traveling within Israel and wish to purchase HB Dead Sea products, please contact our domestic department at +972-50-7705575 for store locations.
Important Notice
All orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country’s customs authorities.
**Note:** Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or include altered prices.
Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and include all duties and taxes (DDP) depending on the weight of the shipment and destination. For currency conversion, we recommend using a reliable currency converter.
Shipping Methods & Rates
FedEx International Shipping: Depending on the selected service delivery is expected within 3-10 working days.

Shipping and Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. International orders may require additional time prior to dispatch. Shipping times begin once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting the "Order Status" section on our website and logging in with your email and order number.
Tracking Your Shipment
FedEx: Provides complete tracking at all stages through the FedEx Tracking service.
Delivery Schedule
We process, ship, and deliver packages from Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions & Address
Your shipping address must match your billing address for security reasons. Delays may occur if addresses differ.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order within 14 days of purchase, provided cancellation requests are made at least 2 days prior to the estimated delivery date.
To cancel an order, please email info@hbdeadsea.com with your order number.
Refunds and exchanges are only granted for:
- Defects or damages due to manufacturing
- Items past their expiration date upon delivery
- Incorrect items shipped
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Returns & Replacements
- Faulty, damaged, expired, or incorrect products can be requested for replacement within 7 days of receipt.
- To qualify, submit a written request on the same day you receive the product, including photos of the issue.
